3, 2, 1 – spare ribs! It sounds like an exciting countdown, but in this case it’s the best method for making the tenderest spare ribs. Cook for three hours at a low temperature then steam for two hours with lots of moisture and finally glaze for one hour. It might sound complicated if you haven't tried it before, but with a little help, it couldn't be easier. We have made a short video illustrating the key steps for making tender and juicy spare ribs.
