Ingredients
  • 1 kg Minced wild boar
  • 1Lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Camembert cheese, cut into slices
  • 4 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Burger buns
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Cranberries
Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.

  2. Get all of the ingredients ready.

  3. Season the minced wild boar with salt and pepper and mix everything together. Divide the meat into 4 pieces and shape them into balls. Place the balls of meat in the burger press and press down or make a hand burger shape in your hands.

Cooking
  1. Place the hamburger on the preheated grill plate and grill slowly at a medium temperature for 6 to 8 minutes.

  2. Turn the patties, cover with camembert and grill until cooked with the lid closed.

  3. Shortly before the end of the grilling time, halve the buns and place the cut side of the buns face down on the grill plate and grill them.

  4. Cover the bases of the buns with lamb’s lettuce, garnish the hamburgers with cranberries and then place the top of the buns on top.

Tip
  • Instead of using ready-made hamburger buns, make your own burger buns and bake them on the grill.
