- 300 g White bread, cubed
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Eggs
- 50 g Butter, softened
- 10 g Vegetable spices
- 2 g Muscade moulue
- 25 g Spring onions, finely chopped
- Butter, to grease the tin
Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.
Mix the milk and eggs together well with the whisk and pour it over the cubes of bread.
Add all of the ingredients and mix together, allow to soak for approximately 10 minutes and pour into the greased crescent (closed shape).
Place the crescent into the preheated grill and bake at 220 °C for approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle with spring onions before serving.
