- 600 g New potatoes
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Small onions, cut into strips
- 4 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Rosemary
- Freshly ground pepper
Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.
Wash the potatoes, do not peel. Depending on the size halve lengthways or quarter the potatoes.
Mix together the potatoes with olive oil, onions, stripped rosemary needles and spices in a bowl and fill it in the crescent (perforated mould).
Put the potatoes in the preheated grill and roast at 220 °C for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
