Pizza - basic recipe

Ingredients
  • 450 g Pizza flour
  • 21 g Fresh yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 15 g Salt
  • 12 ml Olive oil
  • 250 ml Water, warm
Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 10 minutes at the highest level, keep the lid closed.

  2. Combine the water, salt, sugar, yeast and oil in a bowl. Put to one side for 10 minutes.

  3. Add flour and knead everything into a soft dough.

  4. Cover the dough with a moist cloth and allow to rest for 3 hours.

  5. Cut the pizza dough into quarters and roll it out on a floured work surface, lay it out on baking paper and cover it with whatever toppings you like.

Cooking
  1. Pizza stone: Place the pizza with the baking paper onto the preheated pizza stone and bake it on the highest level for 5 to 8 minutes.

  2. Baking

Tip
  • Or bake the pizza on the perforated baking tray on the preheated grill and bake it on the highest level for 5 to 8 minutes.

  • If the dough has small bubbles in it, remove the baking paper.
