Grilled feta with caramelised tomatoes
- 600 g Feta
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes on the vine
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Thyme, finely chopped
Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.
Get all of the ingredients ready.
Pour olive oil into the cast iron pan. Add the Feta and marinade with the herbs and spices. Add tomatoes and sprinkle with sugar.
Place the cast iron pan with Feta and tomatoes in the preheated grill and cook for approximately 20 minutes at medium heat.
Can also be prepared on the side hot plate when using the Arosa Premium gas kettle barbecue.
