The Outdoorchef Davos Pro covers a wide spectrum of cooking options on the barbecue – from low & slow to searing. The barbecue reaches the maximum temperature in combination with the Blazing Zone Plus, which can be added as an additional module in place of the Cooking Zone Plus.

 

When correctly preheated, the Blazing Zone Plus reaches temperatures of up to 900 degrees thanks to a ceramic plate which emits infrared radiation when heated by the gas burners. However, as a general rule, caution must always be exercised whenever raw meat is cooked at high temperatures.
